Responsibilities

  • Participate in business discussions, providing finance and compliance insights.
  • Develop, configure, and implement Oracle finance technology solutions.
  • Support testing phases to ensure efficient finance system operations.
  • Regularly assess and improve Oracle finance systems for compliance.
  • Evaluate the impact of changes on finance systems and access controls.
  • Serve as a liaison to resolve software or technical issues.
  • Stay updated on accounting and risk management developments.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of financial systems.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience managing finance system projects, especially in ERP systems.
  • Extensive experience configuring Oracle Fusion Finance systems.
  • In-depth understanding of multiple finance systems, including compliance policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
  • Strong project management capabilities in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Good experience with Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Proficient in SQL for reporting and data analysis.
