Responsibilities
- Provide advanced (Tier 3) technical support for issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Tier 1, Tier 2 support, DevOps, and backend developers.
- Design and maintain internal automation tools to optimize workflows.
- Build dashboards and monitoring solutions for system performance.
- Troubleshoot and enhance APIs and microservices with backend teams.
- Document troubleshooting processes and best practices.
- Support incident management for 24/7 platform stability.
- Explore new technologies in backend, automation, and Web3.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or backend engineering.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems.
- Proficiency in AI tools for coding and QA, and task management automation.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Rust; experience with Spring Boot is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with network protocols and RESTful API troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of MySQL and performance tuning; NoSQL experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for global coordination.
