Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions supporting complex quote-to-cash processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and develop scalable, efficient solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and senior developers.
- Identify potential challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Ensure integration of Salesforce CPQ with other organizational systems and platforms.
- Communicate with clients and provide guidance and project updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a strong commitment to successful outcomes and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce CPQ Architect delivering complex CPQ solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, formerly SteelBrick, and its integration with Salesforce clouds and external systems.
- Excellent client communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor and guide developers and senior developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to excellence.
- Salesforce CPQ Certification is preferred.
- Experience in quote-to-cash transformation programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is preferred.
