Base Salary
$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of deployment layers across robotic systems.
- Own end-to-end system behavior and performance for deployments.
- Bridge solution, engineering, and customer success teams on system behavior and performance.
- Collaborate with deployment teams to commission OSARO robotic cells.
- Design cell and system flow and coordinate with software and hardware teams to ensure behavior matches workflows and scopes of work.
- Travel to customer sites for deployment activities, potentially for several weeks at a time.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of robotic control development experience.
- Experience developing and tuning control frameworks for robotic applications.
- Experience with trajectory optimization, kinematics, and motion planning for multi-axis robots.
- Expertise in Rust or C++ and software design, architecture, and complex real-time multi-process systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotic arms and low-level hardware controllers.
- Knowledge of robotic system design, integration, debugging, verification, and testing in demanding real-time environments.
- Experience with robotic sensors such as cameras, force sensors, and grippers, including integration, calibration, or real-time data processing.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field is a bonus.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a bonus.
