Responsibilities
- Investigate complex technical issues from customer deployments, internal testing, and product verification.
- Perform root-cause analysis and connect observed symptoms to underlying technical causes.
- Design, implement, and verify software improvements that prevent recurring issues.
- Improve product reliability, maintainability, stability, and observability.
- Use approved AI-assisted engineering tools for debugging, code analysis, test creation, and documentation.
- Automate repetitive investigation steps and improve troubleshooting efficiency.
- Contribute to software development, debugging, testing, and verification activities.
- Collaborate across teams and technical domains to resolve cross-area product issues.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions informed by real product behavior.
- Strengthen automated testing and verification strategies.
- Share knowledge, support less experienced engineers, and propose improvements to tools and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Solid software development experience using C++17 or later.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in complex software systems.
- Understanding of software design principles, clean code, and design patterns.
- Experience with software testing, test automation, and verification methodologies.
- Ability to independently drive technical investigations and propose practical solutions.
- Analytical curiosity and an ownership mindset from analysis through implementation and verification.
- Willingness to use AI-assisted tools to improve development, troubleshooting, and productivity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and technical areas.
- Willingness to share knowledge and support other engineers.
- English proficiency at B2+ level, written and spoken.
