Responsibilities
- Analyze client, user, and business needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Design backend, frontend, and integration functionality with an emphasis on clean and sustainable design.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and collaborate with architects and application specialists.
- Model and optimize business processes and propose solution alternatives.
- Prepare functional specifications for tender and requirements documentation.
- Solve complex technical problems end-to-end and influence the product’s technical direction.
- Collaborate across roles and mentor less experienced colleagues while sharing knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing requirements and designing meaningful technical solutions.
- Orientation in REST and SOAP APIs and Kafka messaging.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Ability to improve the quality of the assigned product.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills, including communication in English.
- Experience or broader knowledge of solution architecture, analysis, testing, security, or performance is beneficial.
