Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered applications and agents on Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
- Develop agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and tool/function calling in C#/.NET using Semantic Kernel or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Integrate LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and services.
- Build and maintain knowledge bases and retrieval layers using Azure AI Search, embeddings, and vector stores.
- Implement evaluation workflows using test datasets, quality metrics, and prompt iteration.
- Apply enterprise security, identity, networking, and observability practices to AI workloads.
- Automate build, deployment, and analysis workflows with Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Work with client technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and present solutions to international stakeholders.
- Document architectures, patterns, and decisions while proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a .NET/C# developer in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI Foundry.
- Practical knowledge of RAG, agents, tool/function calling, prompt design, and evaluation.
- Experience with Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, or comparable AI orchestration frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of Azure AI Search, App Service or Functions, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong analytical, solution design, independent working, and end-to-end delivery capabilities.
- Python experience for AI tooling and evaluation is desirable.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol, vector databases, or the GitHub Copilot ecosystem is desirable.
- Fluent English communication skills for presenting to international stakeholders.
