Base Salary
$77k - $129k/yr
Responsibilities
- Discover customer needs and craft geospatial solutions for utility industries.
- Configure ArcGIS apps, tools, and information models for specific uses.
- Identify and document ArcGIS Solution configuration and usage patterns.
- Create and maintain product documentation and enablement materials.
- Provide input into product design for user experience improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to define and develop solutions.
- Draft and review product briefs, presentations, and documentation.
- Design and author test cases; execute tests and analyze results.
- Assess product quality and maintain existing ArcGIS Solutions.
- Present and evangelize solutions to audiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in utilities, infrastructure, or telecommunications industries.
- Experience with ArcGIS Utility Networks.
- Ability to document and build GIS workflows.
- Creative problem solver and team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography or related field.
