Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to build novel products and features.
- Drive and contribute to the full development cycle including design, development, testing, and launch.
- Align technical specifications and implementation details with other engineers.
- Present tradeoffs and iterate on solutions in collaboration with design and product partners.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Perform tech design and code reviews, mentoring other engineers.
- Drive project delivery and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Advocate for advancements in engineering processes and technical foundations.
- Provide input on team roadmap and technical direction.
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in at least one major programming language such as Java or Kotlin.
- Experience in building large and scalable systems.
- Ability to evaluate technical approaches and design product solutions.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Fluent communication in both English and Chinese.
