Responsibilities
- Design and operate platform-oriented core services for distributed systems.
- Architect and manage Kafka-based event streaming systems for real-time data flows.
- Develop internal tooling and infrastructure to enhance engineering velocity and reliability.
- Build frameworks for constructing and orchestrating intelligent, automated workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to solve distributed computing challenges.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering within fintech or large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kafka-based event-driven architectures.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and high-availability platform services.
- Production experience in AWS cloud environments.
- Experience building developer platforms or internal tooling.
