Base Salary
$81k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write, test, debug, and contribute to the design of software, including complex and critical components.
- Collaborate on project requirements, software specifications, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Provide technical expertise, research solutions, and help resolve complex technical challenges.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
- Assess and support the adoption of new technologies and software development practices.
- Mentor junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role or relevant software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in one or more software languages, strong programming and debugging skills, and familiarity with software development practices and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and technical ownership skills.
- An advanced degree, relevant certifications, or additional training is preferred.
