Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for AI agents within the Team domain.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Managers to translate product roadmaps into technical designs.
- Maintain a strong hands-on presence by writing code and resolving technical bottlenecks.
- Align on best practices and development paradigms with other Principal Engineers.
- Mentor and elevate engineers within the Team area.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in designing and operating scalable distributed systems and SaaS products.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from design to production.
- Strong enthusiasm for agentic development practices and modern software paradigms.
- Ability to design high-level solutions while being connected to code-level execution.
- Effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
