Responsibilities
- Define quality engineering strategy, automation architecture, test environments, tools, and quality gates.
- Own and architect scalable enterprise-grade automated testing frameworks and platforms.
- Translate business and IT testing challenges into AI/ML, LLM, copilot, or agentic solutions.
- Define AI standards and best practices with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build reusable components and conduct proofs of concept and proofs of value for emerging AI testing technologies.
- Lead internal workshops, AI/ML hackathons, road shows, and executive-facing presentations.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of software quality engineering and automation experience with dedicated architecture and AI integration experience.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions using LLMs, machine learning models, and AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
- Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with agentic workflows and autonomous multi-agent systems.
- Deep expertise in enterprise-grade test automation framework design, CI/CD integration, and scalable test architecture.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience with POCs/POVs, technical workshops, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and MLOps pipelines is preferred.
- Banking domain experience is preferred.
