Responsibilities
- Identify where AI and automation can improve growth-team performance.
- Build systems for provider research, enrichment, scoring, routing, personalization, and rep productivity.
- Connect CRM, data warehouse, internal systems, and third-party tools into integrated workflows.
- Take projects from prototype through rollout and training, incorporating user feedback.
- Measure the accuracy, adoption, and business impact of shipped systems and retire what does not work.
- Evaluate emerging tools and models and incorporate useful ones into Forus operations.
Requirements
- Experience shipping internal tools, automations, or AI-powered systems that changed how a team works.
- Experience building with code or AI-assisted development and moving data across systems with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents, including judgment about when they are reliable enough for team use.
- Resourcefulness and comfort operating without an established playbook.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues, including company leadership.
- A track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and delivering against ambitious goals.
- Strong former-teammate references or a high NPS with former teammates.
