Responsibilities
- Analyze client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, modify, test, maintain, and deploy software programs and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Troubleshoot defects and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve performance and availability.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and clients.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, project specifications, and status updates.
- Gather client clarifications and feedback and respond to customer requests to support smooth delivery.
- Track continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality, customer satisfaction, delivery, and reporting measures.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain and improve technical skills.
Requirements
- Ability to understand software requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and operational feasibility.
- Ability to develop software, debug and modify code, design validation scenarios, and ensure software quality.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system problems and recommend system installations or modifications.
- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with technical, functional, project, and client stakeholders.
- Commitment to customer service, business etiquette, timely responses, and on-time delivery.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow software development practices, and complete relevant training or certifications.
