Base Salary
$155k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML/LLM-driven models, tools, workflows, and agents.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain AI features into products such as chat agents and automation pipelines.
- Implement retrieval augmented generation, MCPs, and internal integrations.
- Research, prototype, and deploy AI applications using Python.
- Engage with domain experts to identify and execute high-value AI use cases.
Requirements
- Computer Science degree or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain and Llamaindex.
- Experience with LLM APIs and building MCP servers/clients is preferred.
- Financial services/hedge fund experience is preferred.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science is a bonus.
