Base Salary

Responsibilities

Define and evolve architecture standards, development guardrails, integration patterns, and best practices for core business systems.
Partner with engineering on API and integration architecture and evaluate adjacent automation and business platforms.
Provide architectural guidance and escalation support to Business Solutions Specialists across business units.
Own the platform scalability and maintainability roadmap and lead complex multi-business-unit data migrations.
Perform hands-on scripting and development for integrations and workflow extensions.
Support discovery and scoping for complex initiatives and engage senior stakeholders across the business.
Define the AI enablement strategy, governance guardrails, adoption metrics, and success measures for AI-enabled workflows.

8–12 years of experience in solutions architecture, business systems architecture, or platform engineering.
Experience designing and scaling enterprise-grade no-code or low-code business systems and automation workflows across multiple business units.
Working proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as JavaScript or Python.
Experience integrating no-code platforms with enterprise CRM, ticketing, or ERP systems through APIs or middleware.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
Excellent stakeholder-management skills with credibility among engineers and business executives.
Experience implementing or using AI tools such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, or Google Gemini.
Experience building or leading a center of excellence, AI governance body, or platform governance function.
Ability to define success measures and use data to evaluate outcomes and drive accountability.
Experience working in enterprise environments with governance, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
Preferred: music, media, or entertainment experience, particularly with rights, royalties, or metadata.
Preferred: deep hands-on Airtable expertise, including advanced automations and scripting extensions.
