Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced AI, GenAI, and agentic business solutions.
- Implement multi-agent AI systems with prompt and tool orchestration, retrieval, memory strategies, guardrails, and conversation-state management.
- Build evaluation infrastructure including offline test suites, golden datasets, regression tests, latency and cost tracking, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems for large datasets.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning methods to semantic search, named entity resolution, forecasting, anomaly detection, and related use cases.
- Own small-to-medium engineering deliverables from requirements clarification and design through implementation, release, and post-release support.
- Develop large-scale data modeling experiments, evaluate baselines, and extract statistical and causal insights.
- Use prompt engineering to fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific use cases.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience as an ML Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and advanced analytics, including regression, classification, clustering, time series, econometrics, causal inference, and mathematical optimization.
- Experience understanding end-user requirements and designing and building production agentic AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience building AI tools with agentic frameworks, Google ADK, LangGraph, A2A, knowledge graphs, and evaluation tooling.
- Hands-on expertise with Python and PySpark.
- Strong communication skills and significant experience managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Preferred experience includes multi-agent enterprise solutions, end-to-end Data Science projects, large-scale ML system design, cloud-service pipelines, AWS cloud and ML services, TensorFlow or PyTorch on GPU, BERT, and SBERT.
