Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build and scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Integrate graph-based memory, tool-using agents, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Use LLM frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable GenAI systems.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability through software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Require 2–5 years of total experience in AI/ML or software engineering and at least 2 years of hands-on GenAI development experience.
- The posting also lists 4–7 years of required experience.
- Require experience with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude 2, and Gemini.
- Require strong hands-on knowledge of RAG systems and multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Require Python proficiency and familiarity with cloud-native deployments.
- Require understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Require experience with graph-based memory and LLM tool-use patterns.
- Prefer experience with tool-using agents, memory-augmented or cognitive architectures, and open-source GenAI or agent framework contributions.
- Prefer familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or other cloud-based LLM services, as well as LLM optimization, evaluation, prompt engineering, and production operations.
