Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen, and other relevant frameworks.
- Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation systems and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
- Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
- Implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior.
- Develop documentation and best practices for agent development.
- Contribute to improvements in agent architecture and capabilities.
- Address hallucinations and apply safety principles to agent outcomes.
Requirements
- 2 to 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced Python programming, including async programming and API development.
- Experience building and deploying autonomous agents and developing applications with LangChain.
- Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, embedding models, prompt engineering, and LLM optimization.
- Knowledge of large language models, LLM APIs, software development practices, Git, CI/CD, and testing.
- Preferred experience with multiple LLM providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Preferred knowledge of agent orchestration, workflow management, NLP, Docker, Kubernetes, semantic search, information retrieval, and agent safety.
