Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade software and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to support application reliability and performance.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application-support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide updates on issue resolution.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
