Responsibilities
- Provide software teams with tools and practices that improve the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in project architecture design and implementation from the beginning of projects.
- Define and monitor reliability KPIs and SLOs.
- Collaborate with the Cloud & Infrastructure Platform and deployment teams to meet reliability requirements.
- Manage and improve project CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and maintain project infrastructure and resources.
- Promote automation and quality practices while enabling software teams.
- Implement product observability tools.
- Write technical architecture and operations documentation, including architecture diagrams, flow matrices, inventories, and installation procedures.
- Contribute to incident management and Level 3 support.
- Review product and technical specifications from the perspective of the role’s area of responsibility.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a similar role or one with strong DevOps responsibilities.
- Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure, particularly AWS.
- Experience with Docker and an orchestration system.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and addressing related challenges.
- Comfort with a programming language, preferably Python.
- Broad technical knowledge spanning infrastructure and software development.
- Ability to explain technical subjects to different audiences.
- Organization, autonomy, and reporting skills.
- Strong commitment to automation and quality.
