Responsibilities
- Design and build Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, Records, Sites, and Task Reports.
- Implement and maintain Appian security groups, role maps, and object-level security.
- Develop CDTs and supporting RDBMS schemas in coordination with the Architect.
- Build and support integrations with agency and whole-of-government systems using Integration Objects, connected systems, APIs, and web services.
- Translate government stakeholder requirements into Appian designs and implementations.
- Participate in code and design reviews and apply Appian best practices.
- Analyze Appian and server logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Support UAT, VAPT remediation, production cutovers, and security sign-off activities.
- Prepare technical documentation for governance, audit, and change-management processes.
- Guide and review junior developers and explain technical designs to business users and client teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on Appian development experience and 7 years of overall IT experience.
- Experience with Appian 20.x and above, SAIL scripting, CDTs, Task Reports, Records, Sites, and Appian security.
- Hands-on experience with external system integrations, including Integration Objects, connected systems, APIs, and web services.
- Sound knowledge of RDBMS concepts, schema design, Appian server-side configuration, and application log analysis.
- Ability to gather requirements and independently design and implement solutions.
- Appian Certified Associate Developer certification.
- Appian Certified Senior Developer certification.
- Singapore Government or statutory board project experience is preferred, with regulated-industry experience accepted as comparable.
- Familiarity with government data classification, Government-on-Cloud hosted environments, restricted network zones, change-management windows, and VAPT remediation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and client-engagement skills.
