Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Customize, configure, integrate, and optimize Salesforce platforms and implementations.
- Use OmniStudio and Salesforce Lightning to streamline processes and improve system capabilities and user adoption.
- Develop healthcare quoting solutions for providers and payers while supporting regulatory compliance.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver quality projects on schedule.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong understanding of OmniStudio and its application to business solutions.
- Expertise in healthcare quoting for providers and payers, including relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, integration, and configuration.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in relevant domains is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification is required.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required.
