Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate IAM solutions to enhance security capabilities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for security improvements.
- Lead incident response efforts, including analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and refine security documentation for the Security Program.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers or analysts.
Requirements
- BS/BTech in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or 8 years of security experience without a degree.
- 6+ years of experience in software or security engineering in Cloud Native environments.
- 4+ years of experience with large datasets for security posture improvements.
- 4+ years of experience acting as a trusted advisor in a team setting.
- 4+ years of experience coaching other engineers or analysts.
