Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks affecting system reliability and performance.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation of operational tasks.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage and mentor team members, and promote site reliability best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, including incident management and root cause analysis.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting for operational efficiency.
- Ability to monitor system health and performance metrics and address potential issues proactively.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex technical problems and implementing effective solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
