Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, optimize, and enhance scalable custom software components and enterprise integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to translate business needs into software solutions and make key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and provide solutions across immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share software development best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to support project alignment and timely delivery.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system capabilities and performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Skills in debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
- Experience integrating custom solutions within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools.
