Base Salary
$190k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable consumer experiences.
- Develop APIs and systems to assess product feature effectiveness against business metrics.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team culture and hiring processes.
- Enhance engineering standards, tooling, and processes throughout the software development workflow.
- Utilize data science and machine learning to analyze and improve product and user behaviors.
- Write and test source code in Ruby, JavaScript, Typescript, and JVM languages.
Requirements
- 6 years of Software Engineering experience.
- 6 years of experience with Typescript, Javascript, and Ruby.
- 4 years of experience in building web or mobile applications.
- 3 years of experience with SQL databases.
- 2 years of experience in writing technical design documents.
- 1 year of experience in designing and implementing large scale consumer payment experiments.
