Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning model training and deployment.
- Manage container images, base image governance, and vulnerability remediation for ML inference services.
- Deploy and operate secure, scalable ML inference endpoints on Kubernetes across AWS and Azure.
- Lead FedRAMP compliance activities, including security controls, audit preparation, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.
- Manage GPU nodes, compute clusters, and IRSA configurations to support model serving at scale.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to streamline the path from experimentation to production.
- Monitor infrastructure health, model-serving performance, and cost efficiency across clusters.
- Maintain deployment, security review, and infrastructure architecture documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of machine learning experience, including experience with frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Helm.
- Strong production experience deploying, scaling, and troubleshooting Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms including Harness, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with container security, image scanning, vulnerability management, and base image pipelines.
- Experience with AWS services including S3, SageMaker, EKS, ECR, and IAM/IRSA, as well as Azure services including AKS and Azure ML.
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP Moderate or SOC2.
- Experience with ML model-serving frameworks such as TorchServe, Triton, or custom inference endpoints.
- Strong SQL skills for querying operational and telemetry data.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog for monitoring ML systems.
