Responsibilities

  • Act as the customer-facing single point of contact for integration and architecture activities.
  • Analyze requirements and design secure Ericsson Security Manager solutions across bare-metal, cloud, and IP environments.
  • Perform installations, troubleshooting, incident handling, and service request management.
  • Support presales activities and deliver solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with development and project teams to improve system efficiency and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvements in products, processes, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in telecom, IoT, or ICT security domains.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native principles.
  • Expertise with Linux and virtualization technologies including KVM, Helm, OCP, and VMware Tanzu.
  • Scripting and API skills using Python, Shell, Ansible, and REST.
  • BSc or MSc in IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Customer-oriented communication skills and willingness to travel across different time zones.
  • Preferred qualifications include CI/CD and DevOps experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub; test automation knowledge such as Robot Framework; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP; and prior SOC or multi-vendor network experience.
