Responsibilities
- Build full-stack, Pinner-facing features for Pinterest.
- Contribute to and lead product development from ideation and prototyping through implementation, testing, technical design, and release.
- Run A/B tests and architect scalable solutions supporting millions of users.
- Partner with design, product, and backend teams to build end-to-end functionality.
- Suggest new product ideas and features from the user perspective.
- Use automated testing and take ownership of the quality of developed components and features.
- Drive new initiatives from inception through technical design, implementation, and release.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of industry experience developing full-stack products for consumer- or business-facing applications.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in one or more common backend and frontend technology stacks, including technologies such as JavaScript and React.
- Experience writing reliable and maintainable code that may be used by many other engineers.
- Ability to stay current with new technologies and evaluate what should be incorporated.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
