Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction and own end-to-end outcomes for AI product development.
- Spend 75% of your time writing production-ready code across multiple disciplines.
- Engage with clients, particularly their CTOs, to understand their needs and tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with a small team of engineers and a PM to build innovative AI solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and experimentation in applied AI engineering.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a focus on shipping complete products.
- Strong interest in applying software engineering fundamentals to AI systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior technical stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Low ego and high integrity, with a commitment to team collaboration.
