Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in AI infrastructure.
- Translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive implementation from prototype to production.
- Drive critical milestones supporting rapid growth and potential department spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in the relevant AI infrastructure or AI/ML domain.
- Strong end-to-end ownership and high-agency builder mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
