Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, manage team performance, and contribute to key decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions across teams.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and support team capability development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Workday Benefits.
- Proficiency in Workday Benefits.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- A Workday-related certification is mandatory.
- Workday HCM and Workday Payroll experience is preferred.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques and familiarity with data management and reporting tools are preferred.
