Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
- Apply AI across various functions including customer support, CRM, and operations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to automate manual processes.
- Integrate AI with LLMs, internal data, APIs, and business systems.
- Design evaluation and monitoring flows for AI outputs.
- Prototype quickly, test with users, and productionize successful systems.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and workflow automation.
- Ability to connect AI systems with real product and operational workflows.
- Good judgement on AI applications versus rule-based systems.
- Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, and privacy in AI systems.
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or support automation is a strong advantage.
