Responsibilities
- Design and develop server-side systems for the GEO tech team.
- Build and maintain automation tools and data pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Construct efficient data processing workflows and automation scripts using Python, SQL, and related technologies.
- Integrate and optimize technical solutions for emerging markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and define technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and system reliability assurance.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies to drive system intelligence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend development experience with server-side programming skills in Java, Python, or Golang.
- Proficient in SQL and database design, with experience in large-scale data processing preferred.
- Hands-on Python scripting experience, familiar with data processing and API integration.
- Strong coding practices and engineering discipline, able to independently own module development.
- Cross-functional communication skills to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP preferred.
- Experience with Large Language Models or automation workflows is a plus.
- Good English communication skills; Chinese proficiency preferred.
- Experience in fintech or blockchain industry preferred.
