Responsibilities
- Own client-side architecture for mobile acquisition, referral, virality, reward, and engagement conversion flows.
- Design and evolve mobile attribution systems, including MMP integration, attribution modeling, anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation.
- Build and optimize growth infrastructure such as funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops.
- Translate commercial goals into data-backed engineering proposals with Product, Business Development, and local market teams.
- Drive technical decisions, explain trade-offs, and revise positions based on evidence.
- Use AI coding tools to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
- Mentor engineers and help establish a solution-oriented engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
- Deep experience with mobile growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and client-side conversion architecture.
- Hands-on expertise designing and evolving mobile attribution platforms and applying attribution data to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation.
- Ability to independently build and maintain repeatable AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Strong funnel instrumentation, metrics, experimentation, proposal-making, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Mobile development experience with iOS using Swift or Objective-C, or Android using Kotlin or Java, is preferred.
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork; referral systems, k-factor mechanics, anti-fraud, A/B experimentation, ASO operations, fintech or crypto, or APAC, EEA, or US markets is preferred.
