Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems.
- Deep familiarity with new user growth and referral mechanics.
- Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution.
- Proficient in AI-assisted development and maintaining personal AI workflows.
- Data instincts with a focus on metrics-driven decision making.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
