Responsibilities
- Own the technical design, delivery, optimization, and maintenance of trading market-data features for the OKX App, including real-time quotes and K-line charts.
- Participate in product requirements discussions and define technical solutions that protect performance, stability, and user experience.
- Refine technical architecture based on industry trends and improve the engineering capabilities of the team.
- Organize and participate in technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to keep projects on track and ensure high-quality launches.
- Improve the user experience, performance, and architecture of owned modules.
- Lead exploration of AI integration into business scenarios and drive product and technology innovation.
Requirements
- Hands-on AI engineering or pipeline development experience, including LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG, agent concepts, and complete AI workflows or pipelines.
- Experience leading mid-to-large-scale projects end to end with strong technical architecture and engineering quality standards.
- Client-side development experience in a crypto exchange, brokerage, or fintech app, with familiarity with order matching, market-data display, and asset management.
- Native iOS or Android development experience with knowledge of platform architecture, performance optimization, and release processes is preferred.
- Experience managing a client-side team of five or more, mentoring, collaborating across teams, and conducting technical reviews is preferred.
- On-device AI inference, multimodal client features, or cross-platform architecture experience is preferred.
- Applicants with current right to work in Hong Kong who do not require visa sponsorship are prioritized.
