Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value GenAI use cases with Institutional Securities Group business and technology teams.
  • Move GenAI solutions from proof of concept to scalable, robust production deployments.
  • Design and implement reusable architectures, engineering patterns, and components using LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools.
  • Integrate GenAI capabilities into internal platforms and applications and contribute to enterprise AI/ML platforms.
  • Implement validation, auditability, monitoring, security, privacy, regulatory, and responsible-AI controls.
  • Define KPIs, track business impact, optimize solutions for value delivery, and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Enable engineering teams through best practices and training and drive adoption of AI-assisted development guidelines and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, distributed systems, and production-grade systems.
  • Programming experience with Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Preferred experience in financial services or trading technology.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • Understanding of AI governance and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience with developer productivity tools, AI coding solutions, and data engineering pipelines.
  • Strong business orientation, execution focus, stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability.
