Responsibilities
- Partner with Institutional Securities Group business and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value GenAI use cases.
- Move GenAI use cases from proof of concept to scalable, robust production systems.
- Define reusable architectures and engineering patterns that meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Design and build solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into internal platforms and applications and contribute reusable components to enterprise AI/ML platforms.
- Implement security, data privacy, regulatory, validation, auditability, monitoring, and other responsible AI controls.
- Partner with risk and compliance teams on AI governance.
- Define KPIs, track business impact, and optimize solutions for business value.
- Enable teams through AI engineering best practices, training, AI-assisted development guidelines, and AI-enabled ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or a similar language.
- Experience delivering production-grade systems.
- Preferred experience in financial services or trading technology.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of AI governance and regulatory expectations.
- Experience with developer productivity tools and AI coding solutions.
- Exposure to data engineering pipelines.
- Strong business orientation, execution focus, stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability.
