Responsibilities
- Own the mobile engineering for P2P trading flows, including payment methods and transaction journeys.
- Build and maintain cross-regional fiat payment integrations across various markets.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements for mobile payment flows.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, product, and regional teams to create user-friendly mobile experiences.
- Drive technical decision-making on payment architecture, balancing speed and compliance.
- Utilize AI coding tools to enhance development workflows.
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of ownership and technical rigor.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on mobile systems.
- Strong familiarity with P2P trading channels and consumer-facing mobile transaction flows.
- Hands-on experience with cross-regional fiat payment integrations.
- Knowledge of fiat channel compliance and regulatory constraints.
- Proficient in AI-assisted development and maintaining personal AI workflows.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
