Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architecture of high-performance, highly available, and scalable model inference services.
- Develop and optimize inference framework modules such as inference engine scheduling, monitoring and alerting, and canary release capabilities.
- Resolve performance, resource, and stability bottlenecks in high-concurrency and large-model inference scenarios.
- Research emerging inference technologies, select and innovate on solutions for business scenarios, and standardize the team's technical system.
- Build expertise in distributed, high-concurrency service architecture and support efficient model launches across business scenarios.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computing or a related discipline.
- Have solid C/C++ programming skills and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Be familiar with Linux commands and multithreaded concurrency concepts including thread usage, synchronization locks, and thread pools.
- Have experience developing high-concurrency distributed services and optimizing service latency and resource usage.
- Demonstrate problem analysis, abstraction, learning, execution, collaboration, communication, presentation, and technical documentation abilities.
- Preferred: practical project experience and source-code understanding in Redis, RocksDB, BRPC, or gRPC.
- Preferred: understanding of GPU operating mechanisms and experience optimizing GPU service resource management and control.
