Base Salary
$225k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead facilities software automation for systems that observe, decide, and act on physical plant.
- Own architecture from telemetry through decision to actuation, including safety and authorization.
- Set engineering standards for a team shipping against live infrastructure.
- Solve closed-loop control, simulation, and fleet-wide rollout problems.
- Continue writing critical production code.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams building software that controls or automates physical systems.
- Experience designing act-on-plant paths with interlocks, authorization, and audit.
- Experience taking automation from one site to many with a rollout model.
- Ability to balance delivery speed with the potential blast radius of architectural decisions.
- Bonus experience with PLC, BMS, digital twins, simulation, energy systems, or safety-critical software practices.
