Senior Developer - SQL and Mendix

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, monitor, and optimize data integration pipelines across IBM i DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, views, complex queries, indexing strategies, and database performance-tuning solutions.
- Develop and support Microsoft SSIS packages for ETL, including transformations, logging, error handling, and incremental loads.
- Support data migration, data bridging, database deployments, rollback planning, change control, and production readiness.
- Develop and optimize SQL and Mendix components integrated with Sagitec Neospin Framework and pension systems.
- Create and support data models, data sources, and analytical reporting solutions using Tableau.
- Collaborate with application development, database, production support, and business teams and maintain operational documentation.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related field plus six years of satisfactory full-time related experience.
- Alternatively, a baccalaureate degree plus ten years of satisfactory full-time related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, IBM i DB2, Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, SSIS, data migration, data bridging, and production deployment processes.
- Strong expertise in T-SQL development, query optimization, performance tuning, indexing strategies, enterprise application integration, and data integration.
- Experience with Mendix, Sagitec’s Neospin Framework, .NET-based systems, Tableau, and deployment across development, test, and production environments.
