Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide feedback to product and development teams.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated regression and performance test scripts.
- Use AI-enabled tools to support test planning, test design, defect analysis, test automation, and quality documentation while validating outputs.
- Analyze automation results, investigate failures, and communicate findings.
- Design comprehensive and traceable test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual functional and regression testing when automation is not practical.
- Define and monitor product quality KPIs and track metrics including defect density, defect frequency, and first-time pass rate.
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and implement practical improvements.
- Maintain and communicate quality standards and technical changes.
- Prepare and deliver formal quality audit reports.
- Coach colleagues, participate in code reviews, and share testing practices and knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software quality assurance experience, including advanced test automation experience.
- Experience developing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Xray, and Jira.
- Knowledge of UI testing, automated testing, behavior-driven development/testing, risk-based testing, and black-box and white-box testing.
- Ability to identify and apply quality engineering best practices.
- Preferred experience applying AI-assisted techniques to test analysis, test design, defect investigation, test automation development, and quality documentation.
- Preferred experience supporting testing deliverables for complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
