Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of advanced Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Design and implement agentic architectures for autonomous reasoning and planning.
- Pioneer integration of Large Language Models with Reinforcement Learning.
- Formulate hypotheses and conduct large-scale experiments to improve agent performance.
- Build sophisticated simulation environments for testing agentic behaviors.
- Leverage large-scale data to enhance shopping experiences for entrepreneurs.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to create production-ready AI solutions.
- Mentor junior scientists and engineers on best practices in RL and agentic AI.
- Drive innovation by applying ML algorithms to real-world challenges.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning/NLP and software development.
- Proven expertise in Reinforcement Learning algorithms and autonomous agent design.
- Advanced programming skills in low-level languages (C++/Java) and scripting languages (Python/R/Scala).
- Experience with live data including data cleaning, visualization, and modeling.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Hadoop/Spark).
- Track record of solving real-world problems using principled ML techniques.
