Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.
- Lead technical initiatives improving verification automation, reliability, and performance.
- Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for KYC and verification systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build internal tools that improve verification-agent efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
- Contribute to engineering culture through knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Java 8+ experience and recent experience with the Spring framework.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong system design skills and experience building distributed, high-throughput services.
- A track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and data protection principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with financial or KYC verification systems is a plus.
