Base Salary
$130k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to understand their operations and deliver effective AI solutions.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for conversational AI, APIs, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and deployments.
- Identify patterns across deployments and provide insights for the product roadmap.
- Operate autonomously in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in backend or systems.
- Proficient in Python, with TypeScript or JavaScript as a plus.
- Familiarity with major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with vector databases, LLMs, or AI agent frameworks is a bonus.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Eagerness to work in person in NYC full time.
