Responsibilities
- Own critical product surfaces end-to-end from ideation through production and ongoing improvement.
- Drive product direction in partnership with design and product leaders.
- Build and evolve scalable full-stack systems and high-performance user experiences.
- Develop systems using React, NextJS, and Node.js, with a focus on experimentation and product optimization.
- Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development, prototyping, and iteration.
- Set a high bar for code quality, architecture, and user experience.
- Provide technical mentorship and lead by example through hands-on development and sound decision-making.
- Turn ambiguous problems into shipped, customer-facing product value.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
- Experience operating at senior-level scope and leading large, ambiguous initiatives with significant business impact.
- Strong full-stack expertise with React and backend systems such as Node.js and/or Python.
- Strong ownership, product judgment, UX sensitivity, and technical decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a high-velocity environment.
- An AI-native mindset and active use of current AI tools and workflows.
