Responsibilities
- Refine, improve, and implement features and capabilities for the platform.
- Collaborate with team members to shape and guide projects.
- Promote continuous improvement and learning by identifying and implementing opportunities.
- Serve as a reliable sparring partner to the engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of frontend and backend development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with React or an equivalent framework and Python, preferably Django.
- Experience with REST APIs and testing frameworks.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- An open, pragmatic, and driven team-player approach.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and S3 is preferred.
- Experience working in agile teams using processes such as Scrum is preferred.
